Notes on Reservations

• Available medical services vary depending on the time of day. (Infectious disease consultation, Non-infectious disease consultation, Allergies, Vaccination,Health checkup etc.)
• English only is available. For other languages, please come with an interpreter or use a translation machine
• Vaccine reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance. If you have the Kyoto City Medical Questionnaire, please fill out the medical questionnaire and bring it with you along with your child’s vaccine record and mother-child handbook.
• Please see us once if you would like us to create a vaccine schedule in Japan for your child. If vaccines are in stock on that date, they will be available.
• Health check up is your own expense.
• The medical certificate is at your own expense. During busy times, it may not be possible to issue a medical certificate on the same day.
• On Saturdays, the doctor may be seen by a part-time doctor.
• Basically, initial allergy consultations are not accepted on Saturdays
